I guide Expats & Couples on their journey through change, easing the pain and helping them regain their sense of self and direction.
Take your first step toward feeling better and start your journey to change.
Supporting those who care and those learning to live far from home.
In international schools, diversity is a strength but also a challenge. Students, parents, and educators often experience an invisible storm: cultural adjustment, emotional distance, identity shifts, communication struggles, and even feelings of isolation. On top of that, behavioral issues, attention difficulties, emotional exhaustion, and a sense of not belonging are more common than they seem.
My goal is to help your school turn these challenges into opportunities for empathy, connection, and emotional strength. As a bilingual psychologist, I work in both English and Portuguese, offering culturally sensitive support that aligns with the realities of multicultural school communities.
I’ve worked with schools in Brazil and abroad, supporting students, families, and staff from over 19 different nationalities
What I often hear from international schools:
How I support your school and why it matters
Psychological counseling for students, parents, and staff
helping individuals navigate emotional challenges and build resilience
Listening groups and conversation circles for the school community
fostering empathy, dialogue, and a sense of belonging
Talks and workshops on mental health, adaptation, empathy, and parenting
bringing awareness and tools to everyday school life
Consultancy for school leaders on emotional well-being and school climate
promoting inclusive and emotionally healthy environments
These services help create:
Safer, more inclusive environments that embrace cultural diversity
Teams that are emotionally aware and equipped to support each other
Students with stronger emotional tools to focus, learn, and grow
Healthier relationships between the school, families, and educators
