Types of Therapy
I offer individual and couples therapy in English and Portuguese, both online and in-person. My practice is a welcoming space where you can explore emotions, relationships, and life changes with care and clarity.
I listen with attention, offer space to reflect, and suggest practical tools or exercises when helpful. My work is especially focused on expatriates, immigrants, and multicultural couples — and shaped by both clinical experience and my own life abroad.
This is an inclusive space, open to all racial identities, sexual orientations, and cultural backgrounds.

Individual Therapy
Feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or uncertain about your next steps — especially while living far from home — can take a real toll. Life transitions, identity shifts, anxiety, or loneliness abroad often come quietly but can weigh heavily over time.
In therapy, I offer a space where you’ll be truly heard. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface and understand how past and present experiences shape how you feel and relate today. I listen with presence and care — but I also offer tools, exercises, and reflections to help you move forward and make conscious, empowering choices.
This is your space to understand what hurts, shift what no longer serves you, and reconnect with what gives you meaning.
Sessions are available in English and Portuguese, online or in-person, and last around 50 minutes.
If you’re ready to stop suffering in silence and start building emotional clarity, you’re welcome to schedule a free introductory call.
Couples Counseling
Living and growing together — especially in multicultural or expatriate contexts — can bring both connection and conflict. Communication breakdowns, recurring arguments, or emotional distance often leave couples feeling stuck, misunderstood, or disconnected.
In our work together, I support couples in transforming unhelpful patterns into more meaningful connection. Using the Gottman Method, we focus on building empathy, restoring emotional safety, improving communication, and deepening intimacy — even in moments of difficulty.
We begin with four initial sessions to explore your relationship dynamics, evaluate and create a tailored plan that fits your needs. Sessions are available in English or Portuguese, online or in-person.
If you feel your relationship needs space to grow or repair, I invite you to schedule a free introductory call.

Psychological Support for Expat Children and Youth
Moving to a new country is a great adventure, but for children and young people growing up far from their original culture, this journey can bring unique challenges. They build a global identity, but can also feel a lack of roots, deal with goodbyes, and constantly adapt to new environments. It is essential that these young people and their families find support to navigate these experiences and turn change into a strength.

I offer a safe space where children and adolescents, as well as their parents, find the freedom to explore these feelings. With an approach that understands the nuances of international life, I help integrate new cultures, develop resilience, and build a sense of belonging. My goal is for the experience of living abroad to be a source of growth and well-being for the entire family.
